Sleeps upto 9.

Storage heating and radiators heat the cottage. We include bed linen, towels, electricity and initial fuel for the fires. There are televisions, radio, cd player, an ipod docking station and wi fi internet connection. Outside furniture and BBQ are available. A travel cot and a high chair are provided. Sorry no smoking is permitted. There is ample parking and plenty of local information available. Signal for mobile phones is reasonable. Local calls and incoming calls only on the house phone. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, and will incur a small charge of £10. There are many walks from the front door, plenty of footpaths, fields and woods to ensure your four legged friend has a holiday too!

Farmhouse kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen with Ceramic hob and an electric fan oven, plus an oil fired rayburn .Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, woodblock work surfaces. Farmhouse table to seat up to 8.

Sink, large freezer, washing machine, dryer and drying line.

Garden room

A stunning and impressive room, including a cast iron wood burning stove, natural limestone features.

Sitting room

A lovely charming room with stone fireplace, window seat looking overlooking ponds and garden.

The beautifully presented, private landscaped gardens and grounds, include a terrace overlooking the ponds and lawns. Beyond the lawn is a mature woodland, a haven for wildlife.
